Shipping Policy

Standard Delivery Standard delivery means delivery to a courier office or locker where available. Free standard delivery thresholds: Bulgaria from €59, Romania from €69, Greece from €99. For orders below the threshold: Bulgaria €4.99, Romania €4.99, Greece €6.99.

Address Delivery Address delivery (home delivery) is an optional extra at +€1.99 for Bulgaria, Romania, and Greece. This charge applies even when the order qualifies for free standard delivery.

Cash on Delivery Cash on delivery is an optional extra: +€1.49 for Bulgaria, +€2.99 for Romania, +€3.99 for Greece.

Bulky / Heavy Products Bulky or heavy products carry a fixed shipping charge of €39, regardless of order value. This replaces the standard free delivery threshold. Address delivery and COD charges may still apply if selected.

Oversize / Freight Products Very large or freight items require a separate delivery quote. These include acoustic pianos, large digital pianos, large PA systems, full drum kits, truss, large flight cases, pallet orders, and items over 30 kg chargeable weight.
