Lag Swing SL200 Acoustic Gypsy Jazz Guitar | Solid Spruce Top | Included Gig Bag

Enter the world of Gipsy Jazz with a sophisticated instrument that combines performance and tradition. The LAG SWING SL200 embodies this distinctive sound, which has its roots in the French manouche style and Django Reinhardt's legacy. It has a well-balanced, rich, and articulate tone with outstanding projection and clarity since it is constructed with a solid spruce top and rosewood sides and back. Its wooden bridge, metal tailpiece, Argentine strings, and classic petite bouche (small oval hole) construction guarantee genuine responsiveness and feel. The SL200 offers the ideal blend of legacy, performance, and affordability with its sophisticated high-gloss finish and semi-rigid gigbag.

The SL200 honours the distinctive characteristics of Gipsy Jazz guitars by being built on the traditional "petite bouche" (oval hole) format. Fast attack and effective vibration transfer are guaranteed by the metal tailpiece and wooden bridge, and consistent playability is enhanced by the zero fret. It produces the distinctive tone and response of the type when fitted with Argentine strings. A dual-action truss rod offers dependable neck stability and adjustment, and the slotted headstock blends conventional metal shafts with accurate diecast tuners. To get the projection, clarity, and dynamic range anticipated from a contemporary Gipsy Jazz instrument, the body form and bracing are optimised.

Rooted in the legacy of Django Reinhardt and the golden era of Gypsy Jazz, the SWING L G series pays homage to a unique French musical heritage. The SL200 embodies this tradition while offering the reliability and performance expected by today’s musicians.
