Their most recent, highly capable, portable digital piano is the NUX NPK-20. Enhancing the sound and feel of their best-selling NPK-10, the NPK-20 enhances and adds a more natural feel to the highly praised NUX WKJ-03 keyboard. In addition to being fully loaded with 271 top-notch sounds organised into 7 groups, the NPK-20 also has professional effects built on cutting edge audio processing technology, an automated accompaniment feature for dynamic performances, and a dynamic mic input for the ideal performance solution.

The Grand Piano Feel Within Reach

Utilising our WKJ-03 Triple-Sensor Graded Hammer-Action Weighted Keyboard (complete with escapement and synthetic ivory and ebony keytops), the NPK-20 has improved upon its sound design and key touch curves. For its key touch, further expert processing has been done in terms of downforce, rebound recognition, legato recognition, etc. Additionally, there is a more uniform distribution of the black and white keys' balance and sense of escape. The NPK-20 also includes an important noise reduction design. In the end, it fulfils a variety of playing and performance requirements and brings back the authentic feel of a large acoustic piano.

A Dynamic and Rich Sound

Achieving a precise and genuinely imposing piano tone can be a challenging task. We sampled a sensitive and expressive German nine-foot grand piano to achieve this for the NPK-20. The NPK-20 has 271 excellent sounds in total, arranged into 7 groups on the top panel, so we didn't stop at just one. A robust and varied sound selection is the result of meticulous processing and optimisation of each sound. On the panel, the sounds can be intuitively selected or layered. For example, the piano sound can be combined with the orchestra's background noise.

Professional Effects and EQ

Professional effects like four different varieties of reverb (hall, plate, room, and studio), four different types of compressors (soft, R&B, lyric piano, and standard piano), chorus, and delay are all included in the NPK-20. You are able to easily mix and match effects, customise the parameters, and access them whenever you want.

Reverb: Diffusion, Output, Size, Reverb Time, and Pre-Delay Level

Compressor: Threshold, Boost, Attack, Release, Ratio

Chorus: Depth, HPF, and LPF Level

Delay: Feedback, Time Del, H Damp, Level

Auto Accompaniment – A One-Man Band

With the help of our built-in Auto Accompaniment tool, you may use single- or multi-fingered chords to control a wide range of band styles. To create live performances that sound professional, you can add intros and endings, as well as select A/B variations. Deactivating the Auto Chord turns the accompanying styles into a drum machine, which opens up even more possibilities for your performances!

Bluetooth Audio & MIDI

To stream music to the NPK-20 from your mobile device, just establish a Bluetooth Audio connection. Additionally, you may use Bluetooth MIDI to link the NPK-20 to instructional APPs. Additionally, a free APP called Piano Mate is included with the NPK-20 and offers a selection of sheet music. It works with additional third-party applications as well.
