Vic Firth PAD12D | 12” Double-Sided Drum Practice Pad
Vic Firth's PAD12D is a 12-inch double-sided drum practice pad that may be used in a variety of settings and for a range of practice requirements. It is made in the USA and has two separate rubber surfaces set on a sturdy oak base, which offers stability and portability for practicing.
Features:
- Dual-Surface Design: The soft grey rubber surface on one side provides a low rebound and a quieter practicing experience, making it perfect for exercises that are conducted in silence. For extensive practice and rudiments, the reverse side's firmer black rubber surface offers a more responsive rebound and louder articulation.
- Authentic Feel: By simulating the feel of a real drumhead, the natural rubber surfaces improve practice and help with technique development.
- Robust Construction: The pad's sturdy wooden foundation keeps it in place while in use, preventing it from moving and offering a stable playing surface.
- Practical and Portable: The pad's 12-inch diameter makes it small enough to practise while on the go and can be mounted on the majority of snare stands for a more realistic setting.
- Quiet practicing: It is appropriate for late-night sessions or shared living situations because of its soft rubber surface, which permits practicing at low decibels.
Specifications:
- Dimensions: 12 in (30 cm)
- Materials: Wooden foundation, natural rubber surfaces
- Approximately 2.1 kg in weight
- Origin: USA-made
